Useless and discriminating
What a sham, we joined Medihelp in January after being forced to move medical aid due to my life partner changing jobs and could not continue on her work Medical at Netcare so I suggested we go with Medihelp as I was a member previously of Medihelp and thought it best to move to them costing me R1200 more than at Netcare, but nonetheless I decided to go with them, now somewhere in the application process my life partner neglected / forgot to add a prescribed medice she was on for only 6 months, and now due to that "non-disclosure" Medihelp terminated my membership from join date to now and want to make me liable for all claims made against the scheme from January up to today. That is just ludicrous. I have filled an appeal and lodged a complaint at the CMS.
DONT EVER JOIN OR USE MEDIHELP EVER!!
