Dear tdbotes

As confirmed to you by telephone, your monthly subscription is due on the first day of each calendar month, but it is payable at the end of the respective calendar month. The monthly subscription must be paid no later than the first working day following the end of each calendar month.

During the telephone conversation with Medihelp on 28 February 2017 you enquired the date on which the debit order will be recovered and it was confirmed as midnight on the 1st of March. At this point it was too late to stop a debit order, as the request had already been validated by your bank.

According to our records, your subscription was correctly recovered and your account reflects a zero balance. Your request for refund can therefore not be approved.

Kind regards

Dear tdbotes

As explained by telephone, your request to pay your October and November 2016 subscription in instalments was approved on condition that your current monthly subscription is paid up to date. A payment of R2 184,00 made on 27 February 2017 was set of against the subscription payable for January 2017 and the debit order recovered on 1 March, to the amount R2 184,00, was in respect of your subscription payable for February. Your subscription account currently indicates a nil balance and no amounts are refundable to you. A reconciliation of your subscription account will be sent to you by email.

Kind regards
