Upsetting and Very Poor Service
<p>To cut a long story short, I would highly recommend that if anyone is looking at joining Medihelp as their service provider, to do sufficeint research before using their services!</p> <p>Be sure to read the fine print, and get everything in writing before going ahead.</p> <p>I would not recommend their services to anyone!</p>

As discussed during the telephone conversation on 15 December 2016, Medihelp is dedicated to support our members and we will do whatever it takes, within the Rules of Medihelp, to protect and assist our members in solving any disputes.
However, Medihelp has to manage the scheme on the basis of its rules, which must be composed in accordance with the Medical Schemes Act, 1998 of 131. Benefits are at all times granted within the framework of the Act, the rules and the structure of the member’s chosen benefit option.

This leaves a very bitter taste in my mouth, as this was an emergency and I would have expected my service provider to provide for me. I still would not recommend your service to any of my friends and collegues
