Unusual poor service

Hi...

It's with a very heavy heart that I have to write a negative review on Medihelp. I have been so extremely satisfied with their service and assistance until yesterday when it seems they blocked my number and stopped responding to my emails.

The person that use to help me so sufficiently over the past year has completely started ignoring me. I must mention that I don't believe there is any reason for this behavior since there has never been any reason for nasty conversations. I wish to not disclose this persons name in this review. However this does not resolve the problem that my medical is now cancelled and I simply cant get in touch with this accounts department.

It's very clear that my number has been blocked since the line rings once and then gives me a message that my call can not be answered. As well as proof of payment and call request emails being ignored.

Please assist....
