<p>My wife contacted Zanele Mahlangu for a medical aid quotation. The overzelaous sales lady went beyond providing a quotation. She forcibly tried to make my wife a member of Medihelp, ignoring the fact that my wife was on another medical scheme already. Led into believing that her account number was needed for quotation purposes, the next thing her account was being debited by Medihelp. On notifying her bank to stop the unauthorised debit order, Medihelp threatened to blacklist, and in fact attempted to do so. How do you do that? For a start, it is breaking the law. Then of course, it is just ********* business practice. I would not advise anyone to join Medihelp. Its an ********* cabal of ************ sales people. DO NOT JOIN MEDIHEALTH.</p>
