Unprofessional Customer Care

Absolutely shocking how such a big company fails at such basic admin. There was money owed to me by Medihelp which was supposedly added to the payroll. Come the day after payroll day, no money, only to find someone had forgotten to add it to the payroll. Then I get told "hopefully" it will be added to the next payroll. I have no words for how frustrating it is dealing with Medihelp. so unprofessional !
