I joined Medihelp I am not certain when. I had the Necesse option and was very happy with the service I received. <br> <br> Only thing that bothers me is I was not aware of the fact that unlike other proper medical aid, you pay afterwards for the cover you get! Normally you pay to get the cover, NOT get the cover and then pay! <br> <br> I went through my signed contract and could not notice anywhere that I get covered and pay afterwards for it, and therefore I was under the impression that I am not covered if I don't pay.<br> <br> When I cancelled the cover due to my financial situation of being unemployed, only then I was told that I owe them 2 months premiums because of how they work with their cover. Now you can imagine how ****ed off I was when I heard of a friend who is also with medihelp, but pays beforehand for his cover.<br> <br> How can one client pay afterwards for cover and another pay before? The result now is my account is handled by MacRobert attorneys and probably going to be blacklisted due to a lack of communication.<br> <br> If I need to get my own medical aid in future, I would really like to be a part of Medihelp again, but unfortunately it would probably not happen due to this situation!<br> <br>
