Unhappy and Angry

I have cancelled my membership with Medihelp to get a Invoice a few days ago stating that the want to Blacklist me for apparently I have Debit orders with the Medical aid from February that was not paid which is a not the truth at all. I spoke to my lawyer today and provided him with my Bank statements that my account was paid every month until September when I cancelled it. This medical aid was taking money from my account every month. I they did not pay for anything I have also proof where I had to pay medical bills which the medical aid did not cover and the doctors would have backlisted me also. I have also requested that they advise me where have I not paid my medical aid but no one bothers to reply to my emails or neither do they phone me back only sent statements that I will be Black listed for the Medical aid that I apparently have not paid since February which is a total lie as my bank statements say something else. My Medical aid number is MMH*** they do not cover for anything and if I can advise anyone considering to join Medihelp think twice cause they are not your best option. A person join medical aid for your health and not to stress about doctors bills this Medical aid will cause you to have medical problems.
