They only need money,they don't care about anyone's well-being
I think the way they reply proves it all that they are not trust worthy, we have send complain about savings that is not paid after months.they don't reply when call the person who is handling your complain didn't come to work give us your number we will call you back they won't call back.
How they reply proves they doing the same thing to all of us.
Or is robot that reply to reviews
