The scheme that are Doctors
medihelp help is the a medical aid with so much red tape admin that the patient would rather die then ask for funding. My patient qualifies for pmb coverage but do you think medihelp can provide a straight forward answer as to what is the pmb algorithm protocol for the specific condition further more they continue to ask for documentation hoping for you to give up. They are truly in contravention of the rights to members they also do not have a chronic formula my patient needs to go back and forth to the doctor and get a script and hope that medihelp will approve ..
why the **** can you not supply straight forward communication that is needed to fund accordingly useing this as a tactic to avoid payment will be regretful
