The service is pathetic, the first time you have to claim after years they decline, with no reasons , no explanations, just a vague email. When you tell you sick and tired of their service and that you want to cancel in an EMAIL they just go ahead and cancel without even calling or confirming! Rather spend a bit more on a medical aid that actually wants to assist clients. USELESS PATHETIC!
