The best Medical Aid I have been on

Hello I am on the MedAdd Elect plan with Medihelp and I have really had a wonderful experience. I've found that most if not all of my expenses have been covered, with my child having had his tonsils out, had an emergency room trip and myself having given birth to a new little soul, I have paid for almost nothing, out of pocket (A good portion into the saving goes a long way). They had lovely guides/updates all the way through my pregnancy with a sweet gift delivered to my house near the end. The guidelines for networks are very clear and I find that there is not a lack of choice for practitioners within the network. Even with my saving depleted there are added benefits that cover my prescription and OTC medication up to a certain value. All of my children's immunizations and pediatrician visits (2 visits each under 2) have been covered in full. Any time I have had an issue or dispute, I find the staff highly responsive and engaging and am satisfied with the service. Thanks!
