I feel credit needs to be given where it is due, although I left this Medical aid ending December and as a whole question the Medihelp product (personally). I dealt with Quintis (surname unknown) over the phone a few times during December. I was dealt with professionally and friendly. Knows his product, gives you to the point informative information (that you actually understand). Phoned in few times before, consultants read information from somewhere (seems like in a foreign language script, as you could not understand a word and was more confused after you spoke to one.)
