I had a maternity query for my Medical aid. I was assisted by a lady called Wame in the customer care dept and she was exceptional. She answered all the questions I had and more, she even went beyond, informing me of vital stuff to know that I hadn't thought of.
She was patient, caring and knowledgeable of the products at hand.
