I have to compliment the call center agents at Medihelp. I have phoned them on several occasions and my calls were answered immediately. My calls were never directed to different departments as the agents were knowledgeable, friendly and professional and could answer my queries without hesitation. In addition to that I have sent emails to Medihelp and received responses without delay. Thank you for your service!
