I complained earlier about hospital pre-authorisation and Anzel on hello peter. The complaint was before we actually got to speak to her. I want to apologise for jumping the gun a I want to thank Anzel. After earlier complaint, she has really gone above and beyond and tried to get the hospital pre-authorisation in time. We are currently waiting for a doctors report which will be sent in the morning. But she is still trying to get it approved before the operation which will be taking place at 13.00 on the 12/11/2015. Thank you so much Anzel. Your effort is really appreciated. You have been a star in trying to get it approved in time....thank you again ... from the bottom of my heart.
