I wanted to take the time to write a positive review, because we seem to care more about the negative these days, since there is so much of it going around. We have only been with Medihelp for just about a year now, and so far we have never had any claim problems with them. We generally do not claim much on medical aids, only for real emergencies or fees we would not be able to afford on a cash basis. But as luck would have it we have had a few minor emergencies this year, and one (very expensive) dental work done. Every time I called or emailed they were professional and friendly and knew exactly what to answer when presented with a query. Even their dental partner Dental Risk Company was on the ball. I hope that we do not have too many claims in the future, as our aim as a family is to stay healthy and stay away from doctor where we can.
