Terrible service
Medihelp are truly the most disgusting medical aid after terminating my mums medical aid with no proof of certain conditions they claim she has they still have not refunded us o sent a detailed reconciliation statement they should not b allowed to b a medical aid they promise you everything and they never fulfill they are untruth full and malicious and than they reply here saying we will call you guess what they do but they still don't solve the problem 🙄
