Terrible medical aid
This medical aid has been forever having a problem when they need to pay for a procedure. Reading your reviews about non payment it is concerning because my sister had exactly the same issue. After numerous letters from her gynae to them they declining to pay for a medical procedure. I personally am with Discovery health and I know they a bit more in price but not once have any of my applications for anything been declined. People be careful with Medihelp, you got to always consider reviews before just deciding to accept a medical Aid. Medihelp is a huge problem and the sad side of it is you only realise this when you need a procedure or hospitalisation done. Those of you with Medihelp try and contact an alternative medical aid for quotes maybe they can even assist with pricing. Get rid of Medihelp. I have now email the operations manager J Viljoen for assistance. Let’s hope something happens. Good luck to all of you🤞
