What a terrible medical aid to be on ! No now in future not to sign up anyone on this medical aid !

19 Apr 2024, 16:09Ok so we found the email. Was declined. Will take this up with Oumbudsman for medical aid. Will send them pictures of my aunt using a bladder bag as she can't walk ! Only the botox was going to help ! Anyway hear from the Oumbudsman
