Terrible customer service even from management

Customer service is terrible, I have emailed and called multiple times with very little to no help. I have spoken to managers that said they would get back to me by end of business and did not. When calls drop from holding on too long because they are speaking with managers and airtime eventually runs out they do not contact you back. They do not read emails and refer to the wrong departments and reply with the wrong information. I have dates, times, names and email proof. I will be cancelling my medical aid and moving elsewhere.
