Termination of membership

I logged a previous complaint regarding the confirmation of termination of membership. My request was to terminate membership on 31 Jan 2015. The certificate sent to me does reflect this, with last payment due at end pf Jan. Yet your response dated 4 Feb on my previous complaint states that membership was terminated on 1 Feb so I am liable for another payment as end of Feb. <br> <br> Please confirm your facts as termination date as per certificate issued is 31 JAN 2015, NOT 1 FEB. I AM THUS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY PAYMENTS AT END OF FEB. LAST PAYMENT WAS DUE ON 31 JAN.
