Termination

I cancelled my Fiance`s medihelp membership.<br> When I phoned to get the certificate I was told that I cant get the certificate because I was not a dependent or anything, Yet I can answer all the security questions. I just want to give them my fiance`s e-mail address so that he can get rid of your useless services!<br> <br> This all after I spoke to someone yesterday who would have sent it to me, and then on hold today again for a further 40 Minutes.<br> <br> Horrible service from you guys - its not like he is a member anymore or that I dont know anything about him
