Suspended but account fully paid !
Despite my subscriptions being fully up to date, Medihelp still has my membership suspended because 12 days after the debit orders went off my account "they havent seen it on their bank statement" come on - wake up... I have only been with them for 2 months -big mistake - going to phone Fedhealth and see if they can help me
