Subscription deducted after confirmation of termination.
Numerous emails has been ignored. My membership has been terminated on 30/04/2018 and I provided adequate notification. Why did a deduction of the premium taken place? I've started on a different medical aid as of 01/05/2018, compulsory as condition of employment.
