Submitted a claim with all the information but they still require the information.

Medihelp bluntly returned my claim because of information that they required. The information was clearly stated, like Practice Number, Doctor's name, etc. on the Payment Receipt. The only information that was not given was the patient but Medihelp claimed none of the general information was given.
