STILL WAITING!

My wife gave birth on 24/2/2015 via C Section at N1 City Hospital.All accounts have been paid up to date, but the Anesthetist and the doctor that assist the Gynecologist in the operating theatre were all short paid. I have called in numerous times to query and follow up on this as these services were put through as PMB by the relevant Dr's and I was told that the PMB Division would look into this and request amended accounts from these drs in order to rectify this as they used incorrect ICD codes(which the gynecologist's accounts department insisted was given correctly to the assisting Dr).. I phoned on 22/4/2015 AGAIN to be told that this will be escalated to a manger who would contact me asap.It seems as if we are being given the run around as this has been dragging on for two months now and still we are battling to get these accounts paid! This is poor service from a company we had very high regard for ever since we joined your medical aid scheme. We would like an answer on this as soon as possible or we will have no choice but to start looking around for a more competent medical aid scheme.
