Still no response from Medihelp - no service!!
The same useless service continues - I was called by someone from Medihelp to inform me my complaint has been noted on Hello Peter and someone will call me back concerning the my issue. I have not heard anything since the initial call - this is the kind of service Medihelp offers. Why don't the people who work there do their jobs - they are quick to \hand your account over\" but they are incapable of doing their job - which is to assist members (in my case an ex member)"

17 Mar 2016, 14:11Hello beyond fed up,
I apologise if the service you received from Medihelp did not meet your expectations. Medihelp strives to render an efficient service to all its clients at all times.
The Rules of Medihelp stipulates that voluntary termination of membership must be done in advance in writing, and Medihelp would not have accepted such a request over the phone. Medihelp furthermore has no record of receiving any calls from you in January or February 2015 regarding the termination of your membership. We did however receive a call from you on 17 February 2015 to enquire about your day-to-day benefits, after which we emailed a benefit brochure to you as requested.
Because you ceased to pay your subscription fees after 28 February 2015, Medihelp followed the process to suspend your benefits and eventually terminated your membership on 10 April 2015. We then handed you over to our attorneys to recover the outstanding subscription debt on our behalf.
Kind regards
