Still no payment
Medihelp phoned me one day after my complaint on Hello Peter. They said that they would investigate the matter and then come back to me. I got a Medihelp statement via e-mail saying I had to send the accounts to Dennis in stead of Medihelp. I sent the statements with the explanation in the first place by registered letter to Dennis. Then I had two e-mails telling me to send the statements to Medihelp because it was in hospital. I then sent it via e-mail to Medihelp again. Now they say they cannot pay it because it was supposed to go to Dennis!!! What nonsense is this!
