Your membership was terminated on 19 June 2014 as a resut of your arrear subscription for June 2014. An SMS was sent to you on 21 July 2014 to notify you of your outstanding debt. Medihelp also liaised with you telephonically regarding this matter from 23 July 2014 until 20 October 2014, to make arrangements to settle the outstanding amount. Medihelp also furnished you with written correspondence, regarding your outstanding debt, per letter on 1 August 2014 as well as 1 October 2014.
As Medihelp was unable to recover the outstanding funds, you will remain liaible for payment thereof as you were covered as a member of Medihelp for the said period.
