Stay away from this medical aid

Please stay away from this medical aid. I'm having an issue with them since last year regarding medication I was supposed to receive and it was only processed a month later which resulted me ending up in hospital. I'm still having an issue trying to obtain my chronic medication which is for my health yet they keep playing the blame game while their client that requires their life saving medication suffers without their medication. I will most likely be standing at the pearly gates bybthe time they get their act together. So many calls to them and being transferred from pillar to post. I give up.
