Stay away from Medihelp, you will die before getting any assistance

People please stay away from Medihelp. They are so disconnected from their clients its not even funny. Been struggling for more than a month now already to obtain my chronic medication. Wow the service is non existent and they keep laying laying blame on Department called Mobile Meds and make as if they are a 3rd party to Medihelp and not actually Medihelp. After so many calls and hours spent on the phone already, I give up. I will be moving g to a different medical aid because I will be dead by the time I receive my medication.
