Stay away from medihelp.

For some reason medihelp debit order never went off. I paid the money via EFT from ABSA to ABSA using the reference number as per medihelp’s SMS. Two weeks later I get a sms stating my membership has been suspended. After a phone call to find out what is going on I get told because I used the MH in front of membership number that is why they never allocated the payment but this was done as per medihelps instructions per sms.

And guess what the money is in your account and now I was told it now takes 48hrs to re-active my account, this is useless services from medihelp.

I have a severally sick wife which I can’t take to the emergency services at hospital cause Medihelp can’t do their work correctly and now plays with people’s lives.

I warn people not to use this medical aid.
