STAFF NOT TRAINED
Good day<br> <br> I'm a member of Medihelp Medical Aid and have phoned and emailed them to solve a problem for me , this is over a month and Sunward Park X-RAY Department is holding me liable for a account which Medihelp gave me authorization for.<br> I'm running out of options as you have to go though the call center ,but all they do is give you a Ref No. and state that someone will call you, this never happens !!!!<br> <br> My REF No: W*** .<br> <br> Regards<br> Lyanne Matthews<br> Member No: ***
