Specialised radiology short-paid
<p>On 13 January this year whilst admitted Dr requested that VQ scan with perfusion test be done, isotope material included to exclude a PMB condition icd 10 Code I26.9 following elevated cholesterol lipids and d-dimer-0.96 and masking chest pain. Radiology report conclusively confirmed NAD for pulmonary embolism. Medihelp as per Rose short paid the account as it wad registered as PMB. Surely I've 2 PMB conditions and none is PE. </p>
