SO DISAPPOINTING.
So my grandmother chronic medication is rejected. Or rather declined. The scheme does not indicate what is required what is the alternative what is the formulary what is the treatment protocol they use ? This is so frustrating as she is 84 yrs and on the elite option yet we being treated as we on a low income option. What will the scheme choice to pay for so that we can present the treatment option to the DOCTOR. Or must the Dr write 10 scripts and the scheme DOCTORS will decide what is appropriate for the patient. ?
