Sick and Tired of Medihelp medical aid claims department!

I have been with Medihelp for 3 years....I only realized how lousy their service is when I went for an eye operation. Sad part is that both eyes have been authorized by Medihelp to be operated on but as we speak they have not even paid the anesthetist fully and my broker has been so helpful but it's obvious that the issue lies with this joke of a medical aid. To add more fury to an already irritating experience they took my day to day benefits to pay for treatments done in hospital. The Claims department are aware of my issues but have never apologized or resolved my issue in an amicable manner. MEDIHELP IS A JOKE AND I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE!!!!!!
