Shocking Shocking service

as many of you know having a teenager is not easy, and getting them braces is not cheap or easy. so when i decided to go this route i contacted my medical aid to find out if they would pay. They being a medical aid would not pay all but i got approval for a pay back of the deposit which was a huge amount out of my savings. My savings is not a large amount but it is enough to buy groceries. So off i go and spend a large chunk of my salary and get my sons Braces on, thinking that i will receive some of the money back with in a few weeks as the medical aid has given me approval...... and then i can put food on the table well think again i have been fighting for two months to get the money back the medical aid just sais that the amount exceeds the tariff................even though the amount was approved by the medical aid and i have proof that it was approved. Shocking absolutely shocking. why is it so hard to always get your own money back.
