Shocking service, they do not pay out

Absolutely shocking service and no value for money! I pay R1734 per month plus gap cover which equates to over R2k per month on medical insurance, only for Medihelp to not pay out when it comes to claims. I make sure I only use doctor's that are on my plan, and use the app to navigate which doctors these include. I am now sitting with bills that I have to pay out of pocket as both the GP and the Optometrist have called me to inform me that the medical aid has not paid out on the claims submitted by them. This is absolutely disgusting! What am I paying Medihelp every month for, when I still need to pay out of pocket for doctors on their list!!!! I will be changing medical aids today! I definitely DO NOT recommend Medihelp!
