shocking cutomer service

My dad has been a member of medihelp for many years, he is 62years old and I therefore handle all the queries on his medihelp membership , and believe me with medihelp he definitely needs my assistance , as dealing with medihelp is the most complicated thing ever. <br> <br> Everything is an issue, nobody at medihelp ever takes the effort to go the extra mile to assist <br> All the person at the call centre does is send documentation to complete and every time you call back you speak to a different person. When you ask to speak to the previous person you are told they cannot transfer calls.<br> There is absolutely no consideration for senior citizens or extra assistance <br> Even after providing bank statements and income declaration there are still huge increases <br> I don't think anybody even looks at the documentation that is sent through<br> <br> Really sad, all I can say is if you are a senior citizen stay away from medihelp <br> <br> Extremely difficult to deal with
