Shocking Customer Service

We are no longer part of Medihelp and were promised that all monthly payments would be paid back to us. This was in October and we are sitting at the end of November after many attempts to be rembursed 4 month's payments and cannot get a statement out of them. We have tried an numerous occassions, and are being pulled from pillar to post with no resolution. Please provide us with our statement so we can settle all communication with you guys once and for all!
