Service delivery compliment
After my previous complaint about approval/pre-auth delay has Medihelp been absolutely wonderful in every way. Other medical aids must learn from Medihelp. When people are in dire need of urgent care they are there without further delay. We have encouraged all other patients currently in the hospital ICU to switch over to Medihelp. Yvonne at the call centre/pre-auth must get special recognition - from all the advisors she was absolutely the best Regards
