Seriously not happy

I went to a specialist on 27 January that only excepts cash - then you claim it back from the medical aid. I sent in the payment to Necesse on the same day. I received and sms on the 30th to say that the claim has been received. I phoned Necesse yesterday and Zain told me that an amount will be paid back to me either yesterday or today as everything is sorted out. I will receive an sms to confirm. this morning I received an sms to say that the money will only be paid out on the 16th. Why in heavens name?? if the next pay-run as he called it was yesterday or today and everything is final why is it only being paid out next week. do you not realise that you are messing around with much needed cash?? And on top of everything their phone lines aren't working this morning, bad service once again, Necesse, bad service.
