savings account still not paid out after year and

I have been on my husband's medical aid from sept 2014. I have asked medihelp to pay the amount still left in my savings account over into my current medical aid's savings account in Jan 2015. I have done numerous follow ups with poor feedback. The money has still not been paid over and I still haven't received feedback from my follow up query in Dec 2015. This is very poor customer service.
