So we went onto Medihelp effective from 01.05.2023. I went to go see a dentist not long after we joined, on the day we got to the dentist, I was informed that they are no longer part of the Medihelp network. We spoke to Andy who said there is a portion that will be paid by the medical aid as a non service provider. Now we are being handed over due to no one at Medihelp doing their work correctly, when we received our welcome pack the dentist was on the network. I will take this even to the Ombudsman for Medical Aid. Can someone please contact myself or my wife and get this sorted out TODAY STILL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
