Retrenched and cannot pay packages
I have been a client of Medihelp for 11 years. I have to go to a cheaper option and now I have a 3 month waiting period. Medihelp doesn't allow you to go to a cheaper option you have to cancel the medical and apply for a new option - how idiotic is that. But Medihelp will gladly fall over backwards should you decide to upgrade your medical aid - no waiting period there no no no.
