Refusing to pay out positive savings post resignat

We are in a constant struggle to get our positive savings paid out after resignation in Dec 2014. Excuses range from is ******* to pay out the members money if they did not ask for it to, it is ******* to pay it out if you did not give them your medical aid status which we did three times in writing already. We keep on getting a response blaming us for not giving our medical aid status as the reason for the inability to pay the money. We have supp**** proof and copies of the completed documents three times already. WE ARE ON A HOSPITAL PLAN AS WE HAVE LEARNED FROM MEDIHELP EXPERIENCE TO KEEP OUR OWN SAVINGS - THAT WAY ACCOUNTS GETS PAID. Savings money does not belong to the scheme but the member, you are in possession of all the required information - Medihelp is deliberately keeping the members money - why? Is this scheme financially sound?
