Refuse to add dependant

I have been struggling now for months to add my fiance as a dependant on my portfolio. Supposedly my fiance owes them R800 due to non-payment, which as it happens was not even her fault. She was previously part of a group membership at a previous workplace who, even though they deducted the monies from her salary, failed to pay on their part. Now Medihelp holds my fiance responsible for the outstanding amount and provide that as reason for not being able to add her. They even went so far as to hand her over.Shameful.<br> <br> Best part is in order to clear her name she made the payment after being handed over only to have the attorney's appointed by Medihelp allocate it to the wrong account. This cost us a whole day of phone calls and email, heaven knows what my cellphone account will be, to sort this out even though there was absolutely NO wrong doing on our part.<br> <br> To whom it may concern at Medihelp:<br> <br> Not only have you lost income on a dependant for a few months now (far surpassing the amount of R800 apparently owed to you) but I can assure you that you have lost me as loyal Member for almost four years now. The amount of money you will now lose will be in the thousands over a lame R800
