Refusal to pay for op for my disabled son

I have a 12 year old cerebral palsy, epileptic son . I have taken him to every therapy under the sun from 3months old. He now requires surgery to aid his walking and to avoid a huge surgery. I have been a medihelp client for 16 years on their top package. And this is how they treat loyal customers!
