Refund Not Paid

I'm pregnant and have to make visits to the gynaecologist. The Medical aid did not pay so I had to pay from pocket and claim back the funds. I have been with the medical aid for over six years, in that time my dependents and I only made number of visits to the GP goes to say I never knew of the drama involved when they have to pay real money. I put the claim through their website and called the call centre which I had to hold for 20 and 30 minutes respectively, I still have the emails yet nothing. I then lodge complaint one with them still nothing, I'm due for another visit I don't have money to pay again from my own pocket because I mean then why have media aid at all if I have to keep paying for these services with my own money. I lodge the second complaint so they fully understand the gravity of the matter I can't miss any visit the pregnancy is complicated as is, guess what they have continued to ignore me no one from claims has even bothered to contact me once to hear me out or explain the delay. I'm desperately looking for an ear here as if this will make them pay me sooner and I will also contact the ombudsman for intervention. This medical aid is more useless than the Gorv
